Stuck doing auto z offset

Hello, got a printer for my kids for christmas. Spent hours yesterday putting it together and then troubleshooting it. It is just stuck doing the offset calibration. After the little probe thing comes down a couple of times and touches the bed, it then moves to the front left corner and it resets.

Have read similar topics, all the wires look good, and its set to 230v for the uk where I am. Is there anything else I can try?

First have you contacted Creality? Seems like a software issue. If you reboot the printer does it work without trying auto-level?

Hi, thanks for the reply. I contacted them. They sent me a replacement nozzle, which is sat on the desk. I have no idea how to fit it. A youtube guide I looked at had the nozzle being warmed up etc, and using the menu to raise the thing up, which I cant do as it doesnt get that far.
