Hello, I am contacting you because I have an issue with a stuck filament. It is trapped right where the extruder motor pushes the wire, not in the hotend. Could you give me some tips to unjam it? I have attached some photos.

I’m not familiar with that model but what I’ve done with others is to use the unclogging tool that comes with the printer (or something similar) heat the end up and stick it into the stuck filament. Give it a good chance to cool off. Usually it will pull the filament out after a few tries unless it’s really wedged in there. If that doesn’t work you might have to take some things apart to get at it. 
With your printer you got a toolkit… If I remeber correctly there is a small “needle” in that kit.
If the material is stuck in the heatblock you have to heat it up… So heat it up, push/pull the lever and remove the filament that is stuck…
If the printer is not able to push through material then the nozzle may have a clogg or partial clogg… heat up the hotend, hotter then you would do for printing and push the “needle” from the toolkit through the nozzle… this will free the clogg… if not, you have to replace the nozzle for a new one…
