Suddenly the bed stopped warming up

I’ve had the printer for a few days and have already made some successful prints. Today when I tried to start a new print job, I got an error saying that the bed is not heating up e não passa dos 26º.What could it be?

When a print bed stops heating it could be a number of reasons.

First of all, check the heater connections on the print bed. Sometimes it’s a loose connection or a damaged cable that causes the problem. Failing that, check the thermistor connections.

Thanks for your help. My problem is now resolved because the purchase was made less than 30 days ago and the seller refunded me. Now I’m going to buy another one just like it.
