I have a model I’m going to start printing in a little bit - and I’m debating how to handle the supports and interested in input from someone who’s tried different options more than I have.
I’ve always printed with tree supports (organic) because it gives the ability to give support to areas all originating from the base. But I’ve got a model here where if I’m willing to sacrifice that idea, it’s got a pretty substantial time savings to it. See below:
What would you do? I assume going the normal supports route is going to add some marring on the surface of the model… But will it be a lot/really noticeable?
