The touch screen stopped working after first print of the test boat from USB stick.
I restarted the printer: no change, stuck at temperature screen.
I also flashed to the last ender 3 v3 ke 1.1.0.12 firmware using the USB flashing method, no change, I’m now stuck at language selection.
The printer react if usb plugged in, but I cannot interact since it seems to be the touch screen that is not working.

After “pinching” on of the component on the back of the Nebula bord (screen), I managed to get like 10 minutes of working touch screen. This allowed me to configure WiFi and setup connection to Cloud at least.
Component : What electronic component is this on Nebula board?
I don’t know if this is related or just make another bad contact working again by disassembling it. The problem will be solved soon since Creality support would replace the screen.
Fingers crossed for you. They are a little flakey those screens, press one thing and it might do something else, a bit frustating sometimes, only use the touchscreen to fettle z-offset, thankfully most things can be done on fluidd/klipper. Guessing those components that you point out are some kind of capacitor, All too small for my soldering skillz.
