Warranty GHOSTING by Creality

I have a New Creality K2 Plus. It is inoperable because BOTH theX-axis motor assembly and the Y-axis motor assembly bearings are Shot. With Crealitys amazing wisdom (sarcasm) the pulleys are not repairable.

I’ve dealt with Creality Warranty before and I know it is EXTREMELY PAINFUL but I know what to do. I sent in an EMail to CS@Creality.com on May 30, 2026 with the Serial number, a picture of the serial number n the printer screen, a description of what I was able to figure out and diagnose , a Video where you can clearly hear the bad bearings and the Receipt. NOTHING!

They are only $40 - $50 + shipping IF YOU COULD FIND THEM!

What am I missing in order to get Creality to HONOR their Warranty???

I have a total of 471 hours.

So here is my Nightmare update…

I have both the x-axis pully bearings shot and the y-axis pully bearings shot.

I Emailed Cs@Creality.Com on 5/30/2026 and having dealt with them before I supplied a detailed description, serial number, picture of the serial number, where I bought it and the receipt along with a Video where you can clearly hear the crunching bearings.

After No response, I called them on 6/5 both Option 1 (pre sale) and option 2 (post sale) just recites that they are connecting me to customer service and after 30 seconds to a minute you are HARD disconnected.

I contacted EBay on 6/9 (I bought it through Crealitys EBay store). I knew that it was past the 30 day refund period, but I wanted them to help me with the Warranty (making them honor the 1 year warranty).

The Ebay customer service guy helped me “find a way” to send them a message via the actual ebay order. I sent everything that i sent in the original EMail to them.

After No response, I called them on 6/10 both Option 1 (pre sale) and option 2 (post sale) just recites that they are connecting me to customer service and after 30 seconds to a minute you are HARD disconnected. I called in the Morning and in the afternoon.

What am i missing? this printer is USELESS the way it is and there are NO PARTS AVAILABLE ANYWHERE….

Any suggestions?

This is very disappointing. I just got a K2 Pro and luckily no problems (at this point). I wish I saw this before purchasing. I don’t think I would have bought one. This isn’t the first one I’ve read.
