I recently purchased an Ender 3 V3 KE and have been using it without any issues. However, I recently encountered a problem where the filament clumped up around the nozzle during printing and was pushed back into the print head, causing a malfunction. To resolve this, I replaced the print head, including the nozzle and temperature sensor, and restarted the printer. However, now the X-axis moves to the left until it reaches the limit switch, but it continues trying to move further left even after touching the switch. At this point, I hear a grinding noise, and error 2022 appears. Even after rebooting, performing a factory reset, and updating the firmware, the issue persists. How can I fix this?
As you have rebuilt the printhead I can only assume there is an issue with the connection from the switch to the circuit board on the printhead itself.
Strip the printhead down and double check all the connections, it is VERY easy to damage the wiring. Check to ensure all the connectors are fully home and are in the right locations.
Good luck
