I am trying to connect my Ender 3 V3 se to my PC.
but- windows doesn’t recognize it. Where do I get a driver?
Try this:

He has changed his website.
This works for me in Cura:
CH341_driver
thanx
ya, website has changed
why hasn’t creality addressed this when they marketed the printer?
what a disappointment!
I would recommend ensuring your slicer is up to date and you could also try using the CH341 driver that has serial support which you may find works for the V3 SE to PC connection.
Creality Ender 3 v3 SE do NOT work with Creality Print slicer by USB but Creality Ender 3 v3 SE DO certainly work with Ultimaker Cura!
Its a little like if Apple need to use Microsoft applications to get their Iphone running!
”Creality, is a world-leading brand of consumer 3D printers”
and “3D Printing Evangelist”, ”Global leader” Creality claims, but if it is so, I think the company should hire some skilled codewriters, even for firmware!
Creality Print is still a very new and developing slicer that I am sure will see future developments and improvements. There is nothing stopping you from using whatever slicer you choose.
For the sake of righteousness I have to say something nice about Crealitys print slicer: possibility exists to change the printing speed, the temperatures and so when You are printing. (Of Course it’s in the printer the opportunities shows up) It´s not possible in Cura except before you start printing. Actually Cura has none machine settings-profile for Ender 3 v3 SE. I had to fill in all the parameters my self and after 45 minutes the printer suddenly stopped. I don´t know why but I have for shure missed som digit some where…
I finally had to print out my shape in Crealitys slicer and it was without problems.
Can´t Creality make their slicer with USB too? The MB has it, Cura has it but Creality only has LAN.
Creality Print has an export to Local button, which allows you to save to a USB, its right under the Lan Printing button
Yes, You can export to a disk but not directly to Ender 3 V3 SE.
I can confirm that after installing CH341 Driver, Ultimate Cura started seeing my printer, magic.
Thats what i did:
- Plugged Type-C - USB from printer to my pc usb port
- Installed CH341 Driver just by pressing button there in the window
- Checked in Creality Print and Cura
PS: Creality Print still doesnt see my printer, but Cure does xD
Now i can controll my printer with my pc, finally!
