Researched this issue for days, the Z rods look straight, I cleaned them, checked the e-steps. Printed at a few different temps (200/220) checked and tightened z belt and bed belt, tried different brand filaments

My problem looks very similar. I have reassembled the printer about five times. Sometimes it got better, sometimes a little worse. I replaced two screws on the X axis, but the problem remained (less noticeable). It seems that I have play in the rollers, but I can’t find any instructions on how to tighten them properly on KE
the belts that come stock on the ender 3 v3 KE are of low quality, I am going to change the belts, I think this may be the reason for the banding. Imperfect belts could introduce layer shifting, also not tightening the belts also.
Is your table stable meaning the table the printer is sitting on?
