Z offset not being able to adjust and also not printing

PLEASE HELP!

Suddenly I can’t print anything and there seems to be several things wrong. It started with the printer starting but when the temperatures were reached it would just count the percentage of printing to 100 in a few seconds but nothing else.
I tried different files, turn off-wait about 10min- then on, then reset the printer, but now I can’t manually move the Z value when I go to Prepare (my Z value changed from -2.43 to 0 after resetting) and it still nothing prints.
I tried leveling and the nozzle doesn’t go near the bed at all during the process, which also is not normal??

I have no clue what could be wrong and of course I need to print today. Why did this happen after printing well just minutes before?

Can someone please help me?

Check the CR touch probe is not jamming in the housing

Thank you!

I had to reset to factory settings to get the printer to work. Nothing was going right and once I corrected one thing another would not work, and so on.

I appreciate the advice.
