I haven’t been able to use my printer for several weeks now. I don’t know what caused it but the self-leveling pushes the heating pad sown about 12 mm each time it touches - finishes the self test and then tells me there is a problem! Have done everything that i know or can find out - including resetting the KE. Emailed Creality and they replied with a request for model and serial number - which i sent. That was a couple of weeks ago. It is still under warranty as i have only had it a couple of months - and this happened at Christmas time!
I am in Australia - how do i get their attention
