I don’t know if this helps as I wasn’t getting the same error, but I noticed my hardware was a …C14 instead of a …C13 like the selection screen states it uses

I also have a board installed …C14, but the Nebula Pad cannot connect to the motherboard and the message “abnormal nozzle” appears
