  • Adapt for Mac devices (x86 Intel chip). Now Mac users can enjoy seamless printing!

  • Flushing multiplier, upper limit, and minimum flushing volume adjustment. Fine-tuning for perfect prints!

  • Fixed an issue with abnormal connection to the camera. Say goodbye to camera connection woes!

  • Optimization of calibration-related functions. Smoother and more precise calibration for all your projects!

So here is my (and I think the communities questions).

Have you guys addressed any of the feedback that was brought up since the beta release? There were a multitude of issues that different users experienced and mentioned on the forum and other places I’m curious as to what you guys did development wise that separates this version of 6.0 from the previous version we received a few months ago. Thank you

Tl;DR : Drop a detailed change log please

Hello CREALITY,

I don’t want to fill out a multi page form before you read what I have to say.

READ your own bl**dy forum and see for your self what people think about Version 6.

Why don’t you put some of your profits out of “our purchases” from you to employ one of your R&D people to read this, “YOUR”, forum daily.

I am sure they can use google translate; every one here does.

Cheers.

With respect to you guys @CREALITY and @Simmons-Creality, having us sign a form for issues when we have clearly stated issues on the forum comes off as you guys not wanting to take the time to directly address the community and offloading the work to either a single individual (who idk is even aware of just the amount of work you have given them in terms of the scope of the amount of issues that need to be reported and catalogued) or a simple form you can have an AI sort through and categorize. I think instead of having Simmons or a form here we should have you guys directly interact with your community especially when it comes to this software. You guys promised us open source but from the outside I see no actual signs of this change. Theres hardly a change log that addresses user issues (unless im ignorant and missed something), theres mention of 6.0.2 (With barely any mention of what seems to be 99.9% of the ACTUAL issues majority users faced addressed in 6.0.1), and a list of a series of small updates that mean virtually nothing to the average user. I stand with @Radical_Data in the sense that this shouldnt be subjected to a form but rather you guys employ actual R&D into your own software instead of having us, the consumers, act as lab rats, sign the forms, and do 99% of the R&D for you. I didn’t pay half a grand to be a lab rat, i paid half a grand to be a consumer. Treat us and Respect us as one.

Thank You for all your hard work, because it is hard. Love you guys

Why no Linux love?

Hi there, the Linux update will be slightly delayed, but it will definitely be updated to the latest version, keeping it in line with the other three versions.

I am using v6.0.2.1574 release and the program repeatedly stalls at 80% when I try to slice a multi-color model. I’m not sure where to go from here. Thank you for any help!

Hello EJones,

The only way at present, until Creality re-write version 6 and make it a stable program is to go back to v 5.1.6xxx

I don’t think we poor users have anything we can do to patch it … why would we have to anyway ?

Cheers.

seeing as so many people are still having issues with 6.0, and creality still heavily relying on the consumer for R&D and debugging, where can you get CP 5.1.7.10514 at ? they only have 6.0.2 on the website now, and i just pulled the trigger on a Ender 5 MAX so up grade my very used and tired ender 3.

thank you very much for the link sir, up to this point i have been a cura man, but so far only creality has the ender 5 max pre programmed into its slicer

I am a new 3D user with an Ender 3 V3 KE printer. After installing Creality Print 5 I was prompted to upgrade to 6. I simply don’t understand how to use it. Some YouTube explanations are snoozers. I tried to print a model I modified from a download. Evey time I send the model to the printer via my WiFi it always prints the little boat. What am I doing wrong? Where can I find basic instructions? Should I go back to version 5?

Hello denny.allen,

In a word, “yes”. I would not use version 6 untill they actually get it right.

If you check the link above, go for version 5.1.6xxx

That one seems most stable for me.

Cheers.

Thanks! I reloaded version 5.1.6. Still trying to understand it. My 8yo grandson has a V2 SE and wants to help but he just using a basic slicer. I still don’t understand how to modify a downloaded model in Creality Print.

Regards

Hello denny.allen,

What is the slicer he is using ?

Cheers.

I don’t know the actual version. He said his Dad (my son) downloaded if from the Creality site. He has had the printer since Christmas '24

Hello denny.allen,

In that case I would guess that your grandson is using Creality Print version 5 or 6.

Therefore you both have the same thing and your grandson should be able to help you with yours.

Cheers.
